Purpose:

To assess knowledge gleaned from reading and lectures.  To assure you have learned and understand the "who", "what", "where" and "when" components of the pre-litigation process.

Outcome: 

Develop and apply a working knowledge of terminology, concepts, and procedures related to civil litigation.

Directions: 

Complete the questions in the test to the best of your ability.  This test is not timed so take your time.  There are true/false, multiple choice and fill in the blank questions.  There are 3 law firm scenarios in which the 3 questions immediately following the scenario are based on that scenario.
