Annual Comprehensive Report-Getting Started

Welcome to the Annual Comprehensive report, also known as your tenure shell!

The RTC tenure process is one of supported growth, ensuring that new faculty can meet RTC’s standards for ongoing teaching practices that support equity and student success. This tenure shell is where you will document the work you and your do Tenure Review Committee (TRC) complete over the course of your candidacy. The Tenure Handbook details the work that you will be doing, as well as the work your committee will complete, to support your growth.

You should begin by completing the information on the home page. This includes your name, program name, about the program, and the program learning outcomes.  The members of your committee will fill out the information listed under Tenure Review Committee.

Each year has its own module.  Your work will be documented in your Tenure Portfolio.  Use the Tenure Portfolio Rubric as a guide to create your portfolio. The rubric is the tool your TRC will use to evaluate your portfolio.  The work of your TRC and evaluations will be documented on the Tenure Review Committee Documentation pages.  It is your responsibility to upload signed observation forms and student evaluations to this page. Your TRC will provide the comments, completed portfolio rubric, dean's letter, and annual recommendation.

Welcome to RTC!  We are happy you are here.
