How to Write Each Paragraph
Paragraph One:

- Then mention how you have learned about this job.
- Be enthusiastic about this job prospect and why you want to apply for this position.
Paragraph Two:
- Describe your qualifications for the job—skills, talents, accomplishments and how you fit this specific job. Avoid giving details that do not relate to the position that you are applying for.
- Remember the audience - the hiring manager who will interview you and think about how to showcase your skills for this job.
- Explain why you would be a great match for this position and show something that you know about the company and how you will fit in.
Paragraph Three:
- Mention your enclosed or attached resume.
- Request a time to discuss the application and give them your contact details for an easy way for the hiring manager to contact you.
- Thank the person for reviewing and considering your application.
