100th Avenue Cakes 

Known for my fusion flavored cakes, macarons and other small desserts.

The bakery operates from a commercial kitchen in Redmond along with a Sunday 10 - 2, pop up cafe from same location.

Rest of the day's bakery operates on order basis. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

1. Should know meringue techniques, especially Italian would be great. 

2. Should be able to do some whipped cream piping work. 

3. Should be able to follow instructions for baking sponges, prep work for cakes, macarons, eclairs. 

4. This will be a part time position, afternoon hours, days primarily Tues - Saturday. Sunday early morning help us needed as well if available. 

5. Competitive market rates, depending on skills and experience they might have, although experience is not necessarily needed. 

6. Should be able to stand long hours, drive to workplace, speak and read English at least to a beginner level and should be legally allowed to work in United states. 

7. Looking for a reliable, clean person.
