Feeding your Baby
Below are the CACFP (Child Adult Care Food Program) recommendation for feeding infants from 0-12 months of age. There is a Spanish and an English version available.

Some tips:
- From 0-5 months of age babies should be uniquely fed with breast milk or formula
- Solid foods can be introduced somewhere between 4-6 months of age
- Make sure that your baby can sit in upright with support (avoiding choking hazards)
- Babies need iron-rich foods like infant cereal, meat, fish or poultry
