Feeding a toddler is quite a challenge, they can be very picky, messy and not always choose the healthiest foods. It is part of the normal development and it's not about you! There are some things that you can try, that may be helpful.
Some tips:
- Provide finger foods (let the child self-feed)
- Provide choices of different textures, tastes and colors
- Toddlers need some sameness, provide favorite foods regularly
- Prepare food together with the child, talk about what you are doing, how it tastes...
- Provide family style meal times, eat together with the child
