Feeding your Preschooler
First of all, it is normal that your preschooler is less hungry, their growth is slowing down a little, which leads to a decrease in their appetite.
Below are the CACFP (Child Adult Care Food Program) guideline on healthy meal patterns for children.

Some tips:
- provide choices to children
- provide nutritional foods
- avoid junk foods
- provide meals or snacks every 2-3 hours
- don't use food as a reward or remove foods as punishment
