Posted 11.07 ~ CTS campus message regarding security certificate issue
Hello RTC Community,
There are confirmed reports of students and staff (on campus or remotely VPNing into campus services) experiencing single sign on error messages when on the RTC network and connected using VPN. CTS is working to resolve the issue and will provide more information as to a resolution or estimated time of resolution.
Workaround: Users can click the āadvancedā button to proceed to the web application (Canvas, M365, Adobe, Qualtrics, etc.) until the certificate issue has been resolved.
