Property Maintenance for Multi-Family Residences Certificate

General Overview
When can I start? Fall (September), Winter (January), or Spring (April)
How long is the program? 3 quarters (9 months) with 18 total credits
When do classes meet? Evenings, mostly in-person with some online
You learn how to do basic repairs for all of the following: paint, drywall, electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances. You also will study ways to provide good customer service and to handle emergencies.
Are summer classes required? No! There are no summer classes for this program.

What is the average salary?
$51,870 annually Links to an external site. in the Seattle-Bellevue-Tacoma area. Most property maintenance and repair workers earn at least $38,000; there is a wide salary range.
