You Are Not Alone!!

By taking this course you are joining millions of people involved in online learning: women, men, young and old; students, business people, those seeking to advance their careers, and others who want to improve their lives in new ways by gaining education and tapping into new learning opportunities on the Internet.

As you join others in online learning, you “attend” this class in the privacy of your home, or in a nearby park, or at the library, or after work at your office or company, or anywhere else that is convenient and possible. It doesn't matter where you are or what time it is. You can ‘BE’ in this class anywhere or any time, because you want to, and you can. Isn't that cool?! 

   

What matters is that YOU are at a computer, and YOU are EXPLORING! LEARNING, and SHARING thoughts and knowledge with your fellow classmates over the internet in this online course.

You may even want to set some time aside to study together with a few classmates in one of the study rooms at the RTC library. The good news is that you can pace yourself. You may finish this course in 1, 2 or even 3 quarters, but you must stay focused; and even if you work on your lessons slowly, you need to follow up on your lessons regularly. It all depends on how well you want to learn and how quickly you want to finish this course.

Remember! YOU are NOT alone. Your classmates and I are with you, and you are with us. We are all together in this course. We are interested in your ideas and thoughts about the topics of this course, because we learn together. So, please do your best to submit your homework and comments in this course regularly. Even if it is a one line comment, it is better than nothing.
