Sexual harassment is especially threatening in the context of a faculty-student or supervisor-subordinate relationship. Any alleged violation of our College policy will receive prompt attention as well as any necessary corrective action. Each Renton Technical College employee must adhere to the content presented in our online harassment training, the purpose of which is to ensure a safe and supportive work environment.  It is not possible for us to do our work well unless we insist on zero tolerance for any unlawful discrimination or sexual harassment.
