Washington State: For landlords impacted by COVID-19

From the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions:
The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has directed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to suspend foreclosures and evictions for at least 60 days due to the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) national emergency. The foreclosure and eviction suspension applies to homeowners with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac backed single-family mortgages. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will also provide payment forbearance to borrowers impacted by COVID-19. Forbearance allows for a mortgage payment to be suspended for up to 12 months due to hardships caused by COVID-19.
